Bio
Hi there! My name is Jack Boyle.
I am a Los Angeles-based stage director and producer. I am a graduate of Chapman's College of Performing Arts and The Dodge School of Film and Television. I am passionate about collaborating with diverse voices and skills and creating an inclusive environment where each person is valued; as I believe great ideas can emerge from anywhere.
My journey in directing began in high school and continued through college, where I had the privilege of assistant directing a variety of productions, including Much Ado About Nothing, The Corn is Green, Othello, and The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui. In my senior year, I took a significant step forward by directing my first full-length production, Stephen Sondheim’s Company.
As a co-founder of Season 10 Stage Productions, an independent theatre company based in Los Angeles, I am committed to staging compelling classic, contemporary, and original works while nurturing emerging artists across many disciplines. In our inaugural season, I directed Martin McDonagh’s The Pillowman, Neil Simon’s California Suite, and the legendary Hedwig and the Angry Inch. Each of these productions, while distinct in style, shares a common thread of heart and depth—qualities that resonate deeply with me in my artistic choices.
I thrive on leadership and collaboration, and I’m always eager to take on new projects that challenge and inspire. Check out my materials for more information! I would love to work with you!
